Update: Extreme Makeover Home Edition
Love always Hopes
If you’ve been in Arkansas very long, you probably remember when six-year-old Morgan Nick was abducted from a baseball park in Alma during the summer of 1995. June 9 marked the 10th anniversary of that event, and the search is still going strong for the girl who is now 16 years old. Her mother, Colleen Nick, is the founder and president of the Morgan Nick Foundation, dedicated to the search for missing children and the support of their families.
Yesterday afternoon, cast of the Extreme Makeover Home Edition surprised Colleen Nick with the announcement that her house will be the next one renovated by their team! Not only will the Nick family get a new home, but also the foundation focused on finding their daughter (and many other children across the nation) is getting national attention through this endeavor.
As far as donations, here is an excerpt of an email we received at work from the director of NWA Homebuilder's Association:
"You can contribute at any Arvest Bank to the account named Makeover Project 301. Any amount is accepted and if you wish, your donation may be anonymous.
If someone goes to Arvest Bank and doesn't remember the number - they can just say that they are contributing to Extreme Makeover or the Morgan Nick Fund. Arvest staff have been alerted to any combination of names for the contributions.
Our goal is to raise at least $100,000 to pay off the mortgage, provide college scholarships for the two kids, help with insurance and taxes, etc.
Please encourage everyone to open their hearts and help us in this endeavor! P.S. please keep us all in your prayers in this project!"
Even if this isn't something you want to help with directly, HELP SPREAD THE WORD!

This has nothing to do with Extreme Makeover Home Edition...
We ate at Grimbaldi's tonight in NY! It was fantastic! And we also saw Mike Myers there, but he got ushered into the joint before we could ask for a picture.
Thanks for the tip! Great place!
